At Retro Gamers US, we want you to love your vintage-inspired apparel, so we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If your gear doesn't fit your style or size, we are dedicated to making the exchange process as seamless as a classic cheat code.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag to ensure they stay protected.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
